    Protecting your order information is important to us. When you place your order and provide your information into our system, your credit card information is sent to us in an encrypted code.     Products will not be shipped or delivered to the buyer until the payment terms are met.

    Product Delivery; Cancellations; Returns

    To cancel an order, a buyer must notify VPC Image Solutions in writing within 24 hours of placing the order and before the item has shipped. Cancellations by phone or any other method will not be accepted. Costs of shipping and risk of loss or damage in shipment for returns will be paid by and are the responsibility of the buyer. If VPC Image Solution incurs any costs for insufficient postage on the return, courier shipments or other additional or irregular shipping costs, these costs will be deducted from any refund remitted to the participant. If buyer is returning a product that was delivered in damaged condition, VPC Image Solutions will pay for the cost of return postage.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, VPC Image Solutions ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, VPC Image Solutions ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    VPC Image Solutions guarantees all products to arrive in good working condition. However, if you should receive a product damaged due to shipping, we will replace or repair at our discretion the damaged product.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. VPC Image Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • VPC Image Solutions charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties

  • One Year Limited Warranty

    EFFECTIVE IN THE US AND CANADA ONLY

    This warranty only applies to the original registered purchaser, ownership is not transferable.

    All Signs sold by VPC Image Solutions are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year and 15 days from the date of purchase. We do not warrant against glass breakage except as follows:

    If your neon product arrives with broken glass or other damage, or is not in good working order, you must contact us within 24 hours after receipt of your neon product, and we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

    If, within one year of the date you received your product, it is determined by a VPC Image Solution representative to be defective in material or workmanship we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

    This warranty does not cover (A) breakage of glass tubing (B) defects as a result of the sign being tampered with, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow installation instructions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God. This warranty does not cover shipping, handling, freight charges or duties.

    To obtain warranty service for your product, you must call VPC Image Solutions Customer Service Department at 1-800-782-6366 to report the problem. If you return your neon product, you must do so in accordance with the instructions given to you. If deemed necessary, we will ship the replacement product to your home in the United States at no cost to you. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY WARRANTY SERVICE OR CLAIM.

    THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANT AVAILABILITY.

    EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON HEREIN,VPC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS, BUT NO TLIMITED TO ,DAMAGE OR LOSSS OF OTHER PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT,LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, COST OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT,OF CLAIMS OF CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. THE REMEDIES OF THE PURCHASER SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND THE LIABILITY OF VPC WITH RESPECT TO ANY CONTRACT SHALL NOT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PART ON WHICH SUCH LIABILITYIS BASED.

  • We make every effort to deliver to you the best product at the best price. For that reason and due to the nature of our products, we do not allow exchanges or returns unless authorized by one of our customer service representatives and only due to shipping damage.     Open the packaging and inspect the product within 24 hours.

    • Please remember to hold on to the original packaging, this will be needed for return shipping. Please remember that we do not accept neon signs not shipped in original packaging.
